The call of the first disciple “they left everything and followed him”  Lk 5:1-11

The gospel recounts the call of Peter, James and John. Jesus called all his apostles from their places of work.

The call to serve God requires total submission and renunciation of everything that might constitute an hindrance to responding to the call. The disciples showed their submission and detachment by leaving behind everything to follow Jesus. What is everything! for you. ?
