Parables are mirrors of life. They explain the future, using images of everyday life. Parables are often employed by wise teachers. It leads their students from the known to the unknown. Not all parables are spoken. some are woven into life and we just unravel them, guided by wisdom and the Holy Spirit. According to Malcolm Muggeridge, Every happening great and small, is a parable whereby God speaks to us, and the act of life is to get the message.
